Where We Ship

We deliver exclusively to valid physical addresses located within the United States (Residential and Commercial).

  • Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, Freight Forwarders, or international destinations outside the USA.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping consists of two separate phases: handling time and transit time. Together, these determine the estimated delivery window.

1. Handling Time (Processing) All orders undergo preparation before shipping. This includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and handing over to the logistics partner.

  • Standard handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Transit Time (Shipping) Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery to your doorstep takes:

  • Standard Transit: 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

Transit times may vary depending on your location within the US, weather conditions, and seasonal carrier volume.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time Combining both phases, you can expect your package to arrive in:

5 to 9 business days (1–2 days handling + 4–7 days transit)

Evi Cross partners with reliable international manufacturers to provide the best value. Your products are prepared and initially dispatched from our partner fulfillment centers in Asia. Once the package enters the United States, last-mile delivery is completed by major domestic carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Logistics: Packages are forwarded via priority international freight. Once imported into the United States, last-mile delivery is completed by major domestic carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Duties: For standard orders under the U.S. de minimis value ($800), there are no import duties or customs fees charged to the customer.

Seller of Record: Evi Cross remains the seller of record and is fully responsible for shipping inquiries, customer support, and returns.

Tracking & Notifications

  1. Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after purchase.
  2. Shipping Confirmation: Sent once your package is dispatched (contains your tracking number).
  3. Active Tracking: Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status after dispatch.
    • Note: Occasionally, tracking updates may be delayed while the package moves between logistics facilities. This is normal and does not mean your package is lost.
    • If tracking remains inactive for more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@evicross.com so we can investigate.

Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels depending on warehouse availability. You will receive tracking numbers for each parcel.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete (including Apt/Suite numbers).

  • We cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed:

  • Contact us within 7 days at info@evicross.com.
  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship hazardous materials, illegal items, or extremely oversized items.

Sales Tax and Duties

All prices displayed on evicross.com are final at checkout. As a foreign entity (UK-based) shipping to the United States, we operate under the de minimis threshold ($800) for most orders, meaning no import duties are typically charged to the customer. Regarding Sales Tax: Evi Cross complies with applicable state tax laws for remote sellers. If sales tax is applicable based on your delivery state, it will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
